This is a residential commercial place but there is no safety at all, apart from no lift, no generator, no fire extinguisher 🧯, the room door doesn't lock from the inside. This is fatal. I experienced the lights going out in the middle of the night, the AC automatically turning off, plus a rainstorm, just imagine the atmosphere. It's really ENOUGH to stay here once, definitely not again. The crazy business of opening a hotel service has no safety 💀☠️

The rooms are spacious and clean. And the TV is a smart TV. The staff are very friendly, Mega, Ari, Lita, during my 4 night stay they always said hello. Oh yes, the water heater might be free

Affordable price with very good condition. close to the airport. Fo staff is very friendly and beautiful, her name is Mega. It's just that the room price does not include cooking utensils.

Great value hotel with new rooms and facilities! 😁 staff were super friendly, the only reason it is not 5 stars is there were multiple days where we didn't received room cleaning, water or fresh towels and toilet paper.

Staffs are good, but management sucks.Booked the hotel through Traveloka and left note to provide iron & hairdryer. Once my booking done, i quickly messaged the hotel to confirm.Once we arrived, boom! They didn't allow us to enter room, required us to pay deposit Rp100k.. That time we just arrived from overseas without local cash on hands, then they wanted to hold original ID card. So either put deposit Rp100k or they keep your ID card/ passport. They did take the scan of it but still insisted to keep the original.They said it's the management rules. Then why don't they put in the traveloka t&c? Argued with the manager about that and he just simply said they couldn't put the t&c because no place to write down (such a funny excuse)..Then asked for the hairdryer & iron as we mentioned before, they said they don't lend it for free, we need to rent it. The heck!If really true that they don't get any space to write down their so called t&c on the traveloka platform, then why didn't they inform us earlier when we confirmed our booking?The manager who said his name is Andy, just said "if you're not happy you're free to leave, then you can explain to traveloka. We have many guests here and they have no problem with our rules"..Think twice before booking this hotel. If you really really don't have choice and have to stay here, please confirm everything with them by whatsapp before your arrival.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews. This place is new and unfortunately not set up properly nor operating properly, including none of the TV even being connected. The hotel manager is completely at fault, as they are in another location and not even answering their phone and so can’t be consulted, and they have left brand new staff to try and organise everything who are doing their absolute best without any assistance. The new staff left behind are not at fault and are trying so hard but this place has been abandoned by the management. Not ok.

This is a great hotel; it is new; the internet is fast, the bed is soft and it is very quiet. Plus the people working there are super nice! And it has a vegan restaurant on site. I have stayed at several hotels now in Bali that were three times more expensive and not as nice. Highly recommended!

The Axara Bali Nusa Dua is a great choice for anyone looking for long stay Hotel in Bali. The Deluxe room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
